Cyndi Seui's third album "Toy Boy" are released in the year 2014. This is his first time releasing both physical compact disc and vinyl record format. This ep featured 7 original track and 3 special remix.

Cesar B. de Guzman aka Cyndi Seui 's Toy Boy ep was inspired by the music influencers like Michael Jackson, Prince, Hall & Oates, Zaap & Roger, Stevie Wonder and electro disco boogie dancey energy to the ep. Cyndi Seui incorporated those influence and touch up to a modern electronic element. his signature sound and composition on each track he produced. The most important element are his special guest vocalist featuring Yuria Tsugawa, Karen K., Michael Sawatsewi, Gramaphone Children, and Beer Soranat M. The ep was extended with a remix track from favorite artist Takeshi YMCK, Steeptwice ( Nah Poly Cat vocalist and producer ) and Hair Kid.
